Sound Therapy

Sound healing is an effective therapy that uses the vibrations of sounds to help reduce stress, and promote well being and better health.

The normal frequency of brain waves is ‘Beta’ however sound tools help the brain to move into the deeper ‘Alpha’ and ‘Theta’ brain wave frequencies which induce deep meditative and peaceful states, and help to promote healing.

Animals have the capacity to hear a much wider range of notes and tones than humans, and because they live in the present moment and do not overthink the treatments, they are very receptive to and profoundly affected by the instruments.

“If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies. Sound can redress imbalances on every level of physiologic functioning and can play a positive role in the treatment of virtually any medical disorder.”
