What information is being collected?
The personal data we collect about you will include data relating to your name and address, email address, phone numbers and the health and history of your animal, collected as part of the client consultation process, either online or face to face.
How will it be used?
This data will enable us to contact you to arrange appointments and provide a record of your animal and any changes that may occur in their health, well-being or performance and will only be used by myself for communication with you.
Who will it be shared with?
Your information will only be shared with the animal’s vet or other professionals as requested by you and the animal’s vet. We will not pass your information on to any other third party. You may have access to the data we hold on you at any time.
How long will the data be stored for?
Your data will be securely stored for 7 years, from the date of the last session, in accordance with our insurance policies. After this time your data will be securely destroyed. You have the right to request that it to be erased.
How do you make a complaint about how we use your data?
Should you have a complaint, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve your concerns. You can also request the contact details of the supervising authority.
